Okay, but there's one problem. My printer currently has no ink in it so I can't print anything out right now. As soon as my printer has ink, I will print it out and take a picture of it. Oh, and thanks :)

You know that tower in Sei-An? You need the brush to walk on walls (Kabegami)
An in that tower is a small man, he wants something from you to finish his invention. In the background you can see that lighning and if you give him that something - a small gear - you can learn that lighning-technique =)
