We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Great job though!
Just FYI: One of the tricks he uses to get a fur effect is to (using Photoshop) apply a noise filter to the color layer and then uses the smudge tool to pull the speckles into long streaks.
